Quick Overview

EPOKE Art Epoxy Pigments are high concentration pigment pastes manufactured keeping in mind the specific needs of resin artists and craftsmen alike.

These pigments are easy to disperse, which helps them blend well into Epoxy Resins. The chemical structure of EPOKE Art pigments is designed to blend perfectly into the backbone structure of Epoxy resins, rendering a good blend, a homogeneous mix, even colour distribution and a long-lasting finish.

EPOKE Art range of products are designed to cater to the performance needs of Hobbyists and Professional users alike. Each product has been conceptualised laying emphasis on ease of use, consistent performance and to produce flawless results that are built for the long haul.

Opaque range of Epoxy Art Epoke pigments, the colour dosages can vary from as little as 1% up to 10% of the weight of the resin in the mix. The Varied dosages will result in varied colour intensities, different levels of opacity and can render different shades as well.

Translucent range of Epoxy Art Epoke pigments, the colour dosages can vary from as little as 0.1% up to 5% of the weight of the resin in the mix. The Varied dosages will result in varied colour intensities, different levels of translucency and can render different shades as well.

Metallic range of Epoxy Art Epoke pigments, High concentration metallic pigment gels, designed for easy incorporation and optimal blending with Epoxy Resin systems. The Colour dosage can vary from as little as 3% up to 10% of the weight of the resin in the mix, based on your desired colour concentration and pigment density required for your masterpiece. For optimal metallic effect and textures, swirling of metallics within the resin should be done towards the end of the pot life (at the thickening phase) once poured onto your masterpiece. Ensure to mix the gel well before use.

  • Colour dosages can vary from 0.1% to 5% of the weight of the resin in mix; designed based on specific needs of resin artist and craftsmen
  • Colour dosages can vary from 1% to 10% of the weight of the resin in mix; designed based on specific needs of resin artist and craftsmen
  • Colour dosages can vary from 3% to 10% of the weight of the resin in mix; designed based on specific needs of resin artist and craftsmen

How to use-

Start with the smallest dosage of pigment paste and gently mix it into the resin without incorporating too many bubbles. Add further pigment if you want a deeper/darker/more opaque shade.

Overdosing the pigment by over 10% of the weight of the resin in the system could result in producing unexpected results.

Also, the amount of pigment used in the system could vary the curing speed of the system, depending on but not restricted to the ambient conditions. We would suggest you do your trials on a small scale before taking up large scale works.
