How to Use –

• Mixing - Blend Gloss Heavy Gel with acrylic paint to increase viscosity and transparency. Adjust the amount to achieve the desired texture and luminosity. More gel will increase transparency while maintaining gloss.
• Thinning - Dilute with up to 25% water for a smoother application. Using distilled water ensures optimal results without compromising the medium's performance.
• Opacity and Drying - While wet, Gloss Heavy Gel appears semi-opaque but dries to a transparent finish. When applied in thick layers, it may retain a semi-opaque quality, offering versatility in texture and opacity.
• Application Techniques - Use a brush to apply Gloss Heavy Gel as a collaging glue or fixative for mixed media artworks. Its strong adhesive properties make it ideal for securely adhering various materials onto canvas or other surfaces.
• Custom Blends - Mix Gloss Heavy Gel with Liquitex Matte Gel to create a customized satin heavy body gel. This allows artists to tailor the finish and consistency of their paints according to specific project requirements.
