How to Use –

• Thinning - Can be diluted with up to 25% water for a more fluid application. Distilled water will yield the best results.
• Mixing - Best used with opaque colours. Mix up to 50% of Ultra Matte Gel into your acrylic paint to maintain colour and opacity. Adding more than 50% will act as a pale tinting white.
• Application - Apply with a brush to your painting surface. Use long, even strokes to avoid creating a foggy, hazy look. Avoid vigorous over-brushing. Can be used as a strong, matte glue for collaging. Apply with a brush for best results
• Texture and Consistency - Mix into fluid paints to increase viscosity and create a thicker, more workable consistency. This is especially useful for artists who want to achieve heavy body textures with their fluid acrylics.
