Manuscript Ink Converter is essentially a suction tool for filling Manuscript pens with bottled ink instead of ink cartridges. An ink converter has the same size opening as an ink cartridge that plugs into the fountain pen nib.

Manuscript Ink Converters are of two types based on the suction principle i.e piston and twist action. The ones functioning on twist action fits Master and StlyuScript pens only. For application, insert the converter into the nib section. Dip the nib into the bottled ink and twist the plunger to draw the ink. Replace the pen barrel leaving the converter in place. A range of water soluble (non waterproof) fountain pen inks are suitable for use in all Manuscript calligraphy and fountain pen products.
