The thickness of the paper is 120 GSM with a natural white / ivory colour, lending the paper an elegant look. Printed in landscape orientation on one-side with delicate but well visible guidelines for Italic script; Also suitable for learning & practicing modern calligraphy; Guidelines neither dominate the page nor spoil the graphic composition of the work; 9° slant is guided by pink lines, the letter size is not fixed; 1.25 mm thin blue lines with a broader line every 5 lines to allow a wide range of sizes from tiniest to very large letters; Guidelines may be used with all sizes of broad nibs; For nib size 1 mm - letter “a” will be 4 lines high, for 1.25 mm - 5 lines, for 1.5 mm - 6 lines, for 2 mm - 8 lines, for 2.5 mm 10 lines, for 3 mm - 12 lines and so on
